The role

As a Creator & Activation Creative, you translate brand briefs into creative concepts that come to life in influencer marketing, brand partnerships and activations. You think in two directions: from the brand brief out to creators, formats and live moments, and from what's moving on platforms and in communities back into strong brand thinking. No slap-a-logo ideas. You build content audiences want to watch and moments people want to be at. You make sure a campaign is not just visible on social but felt in the physical world: events, live moments, real-world touchpoints and activations that stick.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative strategies and concepts for brand partnership and influencer marketing briefs, translating brand objectives into channel-native ideas that fit creators, formats, communities and activations.
  • Track what is moving on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, communities and across the creator and talent world, and translate cultural and platform insights into ways brands can show up without breaking the context.
  • Take campaigns from the screen into the physical world by shaping events, live experiences, retail moments and activations that strengthen the brand experience.
  • Build the decks where your ideas land: clear, crafted, with story and visible taste. Presenting is your craft, not your afterthought.
  • Work cross-discipline. Your creative peers sit in other pools; finding them is part of the job. Walk over, send the message, share the brief early. The work gets better when you make the conversation happen.

Requirements

Education & experience

  • HBO or WO level in a relevant creative field, or demonstrable equivalent through portfolio and track record.
  • 3 to 5 years in creative strategy for brand partnerships, influencer marketing or live activations, preferably in an agency or partnership environment.
  • Your portfolio shows that you translate brand briefs into channel-native partnership work, and that you have contributed to live or activation moments from concept to execution.

  • A strong cultural antenna. You understand how creators build trust with their audience, and how a brand can become a credible part of existing communities and conversations.
  • You are a deck-making hero. Art direction, design and presentation craft are in your DNA. You build the slides people carry something away from.
  • Strategically and creatively sharp. You present ideas clearly and pitch without ego.
  • Comfortable with AI tools for briefing support, content multiplication and research, but you rely most on your own cultural insight, taste and channel instinct.
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English, and you thrive in an environment where you actively seek collaboration across disciplines.
