Role Description

Join our fast-growing retention agency as a Campaign Manager. In this role, you’ll be the Strategist’s right hand. Writing copy, hitting deadlines and supporting in client communication. Work on the retention strategy of 4–5 brands at once.

If you’re detail-driven, copywriting-savvy, and hungry to learn, this is your chance to grow into a Retention Strategist.

What you’ll do:

  • Write on-brand, converting copy for campaigns, automations and list growth initiatives
  • Build, QA and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo.
  • Own deadlines and campaign timelines — ensuring nothing slips.
  • Pull weekly performance reports and highlight trends for Strategists.
  • Handle day-to-day client questions and keep projects moving.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years of marketing, CRM, or email/SMS marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting skills (portfolio or samples welcome).
  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience (or similar ESP like Mailchimp, Iterable, Braze).
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, proactive communicator.
