About the role

We’re looking for a talented Midweight Designer to join our Amsterdam studio, someone with strong foundations in brand design, a growing confidence in their creative voice, and a real appetite to learn and develop through hands-on work. This role sits firmly in the world of fast-moving consumer brands, where design has to work hard, move quickly, and connect instantly with people. You’ll be working across a varied portfolio of FMCG projects, helping to shape brand worlds that live on shelf and beyond.

From evolving established brands to supporting new launches and campaigns, you’ll be involved across the full design process, from early ideas through to crafted execution, creating work that spans packaging, brand systems, digital and communications.

You’ll collaborate closely with other designers, strategists and creatives, learning how strong thinking and great craft come together to build brands that people recognise, trust and choose. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to grow, take on responsibility, and stretch your skills in a supportive, ambitious studio environment.

About you

You’re a designer with solid experience under your belt and a portfolio that shows clear thinking, strong fundamentals and a real love for craft. You enjoy working within brand systems but also know how to bring fresh energy and originality to each brief. Your work demonstrates an interest in consumer-facing brands, particularly those that live in competitive, high-visibility environments. You’re curious, collaborative and open to feedback, comfortable sharing ideas and keen to learn from those around you. You bring enthusiasm, care and attention to detail to everything you do, and you’re excited by the chance to build your experience across large-scale FMCG projects while developing your creative confidence and point of view.
