The HR Administrator is responsible for managing the delivery of a range of HR administrative services including contractual changes, leaver processes and sickness absence management and for coordinating the effective handling of HR cases. The HR Manager is required to ensure that our HR processes are conducted efficiently, consistently and to a high standard, that the team delivers a high quality service and that managers are provided with excellent HR support and advice in dealing with their cases.
