This role will oversee and optimise all soft services for the Amsterdam Dolby International AB, facilitation of the smooth running of the office and that the building remains a prestigeous environment for employees and visitors. The Office Manager will work in close collaboration with the reception personnel, (provided by an outside contractor) ensuring effective and excellent services provided by reception to our visitors and employees, whilst ensuring that security to the site remains a high focus.

 MAIN DUTIES:

  • Responsible and the main contact for all soft services at the Amsterdam office including; Cleaning, Reception, Meeting rooms, Catering, Shipping/Post, Security and EH&S. Liaise with all vendors and contractors and ensure that performance of service remains at a consistently high level.
  • Take responsibility for co-ordinating all the day-to-day activities and events (example: All-Hands) that take place, including hospitality requests.
  • Responsible for vendor management for the Amsterdam office.
